Description
KLOW Blend puts four of the most-requested repair and inflammation research peptides into a single vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, 80 mg in total. One vial and one preparation step replace four. Pure Peptides Canada supplies it with independent Janoshik testing, CAD pricing and tracked shipping from inside Canada.
KLOW Blend at a glance
- What it is: a lyophilized four-peptide blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 (thymosin beta-4) and KPV, 80 mg per vial.
- Why researchers use it: to study four mechanistically different peptides (copper signalling, tissue repair, cell migration and inflammation) together at a fixed ratio.
- KLOW vs GLOW: KLOW is GLOW plus KPV, the anti-inflammatory tripeptide. The K stands for KPV.
- Supplied as: sealed lyophilized powder, 80 mg, single vial or box of 10.
- Delivery: ships from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.
What’s inside KLOW
| Component | What it is | Main research focus |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | Copper(II) complex of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys | Collagen and matrix synthesis, gene-expression studies |
| BPC-157 | 15-residue fragment of a gastric-juice protein | Tendon, gut and angiogenesis models |
| TB-500 | Synthetic thymosin beta-4, an actin-binding protein | Cell migration, wound and cardiac models |
| KPV | Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH | NF-κB and inflammatory signalling, colitis models |
Our guide KLOW peptide blend: what’s inside and what the research shows explains the formulation and the evidence behind each component.
Why researchers study these four together
Each component acts through a different pathway. GHK-Cu is studied for extracellular-matrix and copper signalling, BPC-157 for repair models and angiogenesis, thymosin beta-4 for cell migration through actin, and KPV for damping inflammatory signalling. Combination designs ask whether those mechanisms interact. A pre-blended vial keeps the ratio identical across every replicate and removes three extra preparation steps.
The individual components have their own preclinical literature, but the four-way combination itself has not been studied in controlled human trials. It is a research formulation, not a medicine.
Regulatory status: none of the four components is an authorized drug in Canada. All four are named in Health Canada’s April 2026 advisory on unauthorized injectable peptides, and BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. We sell KLOW strictly as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research.

Where can I buy KLOW Blend in Canada?
Pure Peptides Canada stocks KLOW as an 80 mg lyophilized research reagent and ships it from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.
What is in KLOW?
Four peptides: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 (thymosin beta-4) and KPV, 80 mg in total per vial. Our KLOW guide covers the formulation in detail.
What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?
GLOW contains GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW adds a fourth peptide, KPV, which is studied for its anti-inflammatory signalling.
Is KLOW third-party tested?
Yes. Janoshik Analytical, an independent lab, tests by HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. For a blend, check that the report identifies each component. Our COA guide explains how to read it.
Is KLOW approved by Health Canada?
No. None of its components is an authorized drug in Canada, and two of them are named in Health Canada’s April 2026 advisory. KLOW is sold only as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research.
Can KLOW be used in people or animals?
No. It is for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not a drug, supplement, cosmetic or food. We do not provide dosing or administration information.
For laboratory research use only. Not a drug, supplement, food or cosmetic, not for human or veterinary use, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
