- Ensuring only trained personnel handle, reconstitute, store and dispose of research materials, under appropriate laboratory controls
- Following your institution’s biosafety, chemical hygiene and waste disposal requirements, and any applicable federal, provincial or municipal rules
- Not reselling, repackaging, relabelling or transferring products to anyone who has not agreed to the same research-use-only restriction
- Not representing any product as a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic or therapeutic item in any listing, publication or communication
- Keeping products clearly labelled and separated from anything intended for human or animal use

Ordering, payment, shipping and cancellations

Where an order crosses a border, the recipient is responsible for import compliance and any duties or charges assessed by the destination jurisdiction.
Because research reagents are sensitive to temperature, handling and chain-of-custody, once a shipment has been opened or removed from controlled storage its condition can no longer be verified. Any concern about a shipment — visible damage, a missing item, or a discrepancy against your order — should be raised promptly after delivery so it can be investigated while it is still possible to do so.
Liability, indemnity and dispute resolution
Products are supplied as is, and our responsibility is limited to the fullest extent Canadian and provincial law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost research time, damaged samples, failed experiments or lost data arising from use of a product.
You agree to indemnify Pure Peptides Canada against claims arising from your use, misuse, storage, transfer or disposal of products, and from any use outside legitimate in-vitro research.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province, and any dispute is to be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us directly so the issue can be reviewed — most concerns are resolved faster that way.
