Description
Coremend is a three-peptide repair-and-inflammation research blend: 25 mg TB-500, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg KPV, lyophilized together in one vial. It combines the two most-cited tissue-repair peptides with an anti-inflammatory tripeptide. Pure Peptides Canada supplies it with independent Janoshik testing, CAD pricing and tracked shipping from inside Canada.
Coremend at a glance
- What it is: 25 mg TB-500, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg KPV in one sealed vial, 45 mg of peptide in total.
- Why researchers use it: to study cell migration (TB-500), repair and angiogenesis signalling (BPC-157) and inflammatory signalling (KPV) together at a fixed ratio.
- How it differs from KLOW: Coremend has no GHK-Cu and is weighted toward TB-500. It is aimed at repair and inflammation models rather than skin and matrix work.
- Supplied as: sealed lyophilized powder, single vial or box of 10.
- Delivery: ships from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.
What’s inside Coremend
| Component | Amount | What it is | Main research focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| TB-500 | 25 mg | Thymosin beta-4 research peptide | Actin binding, cell migration, wound models |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | 15-residue gastric-protein fragment | Tendon, gut and angiogenesis models |
| KPV | 10 mg | Lys-Pro-Val, from alpha-MSH | NF-κB and inflammatory signalling |
Why researchers study these three together
Injury models involve both rebuilding tissue and resolving inflammation. TB-500 and BPC-157 are the most studied peptides on the repair side, working through different mechanisms: thymosin beta-4 through actin and cell movement, BPC-157 through angiogenesis and nitric-oxide signalling. KPV adds the inflammation side, with cell and animal studies linking it to reduced NF-κB activity. Coremend lets a lab look at all three in one preparation with an identical ratio across every replicate.
The components each have preclinical literature, but this combination has not been studied in controlled human trials. It is a research formulation, not a medicine.
Regulatory status: none of the components is an authorized drug in Canada. All three are named in Health Canada’s April 2026 advisory on unauthorized injectable peptides, and TB-500 and BPC-157 are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. We sell Coremend strictly as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research.

Where can I buy Coremend in Canada?
Pure Peptides Canada stocks Coremend as a lyophilized research reagent (25 mg TB-500, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg KPV) and ships it from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.
What is in Coremend?
25 mg TB-500, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg KPV per vial, 45 mg of peptide in total, freeze-dried together.
How does Coremend compare with KLOW?
Both contain TB-500, BPC-157 and KPV. KLOW also includes GHK-Cu. Coremend leaves out the copper peptide and carries more TB-500.
Is Coremend third-party tested?
Yes. Janoshik Analytical, an independent lab, tests by HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. For a blend, check that the report identifies each component. Our COA guide explains how.
Is Coremend approved by Health Canada?
No. None of its components is an authorized drug in Canada. Coremend is sold only as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research.
Can Coremend be used in people or animals?
No. It is for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not a drug, supplement or food. We do not provide dosing or administration information.
For laboratory research use only. Not a drug, supplement, food or cosmetic, not for human or veterinary use, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
