Description

BPC-157 + TB-500 combines the two most-studied peptides in tissue-repair research in one vial, lyophilized together at a fixed 1:1 ratio. Pure Peptides Canada supplies the blend in 5 + 5, 10 + 10 and 30 + 30 mg vials, with independent Janoshik testing, CAD pricing and tracked shipping from inside Canada.

BPC-157 + TB-500 at a glance

  • What it is: BPC-157, a 15-residue gastric-protein fragment, and TB-500, synthetic thymosin beta-4, blended 1:1 by mass.
  • Why researchers pair them: they are unrelated molecules acting through different pathways, so combination designs ask whether their effects in repair models overlap or add up.
  • Why buy it blended: the ratio is fixed when the vial is made, so you prepare one vial instead of two.
  • Supplied as: sealed lyophilized powder in three strengths, single vial or box of 10.
  • Delivery: ships from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.

BPC-157

  • 15 amino acids, GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, 1419.5 g/mol
  • Fragment of a human gastric-juice protein
  • Studied in tendon, gut and angiogenesis models
  • Sold alone as BPC-157

TB-500 (thymosin beta-4)

  • 43 amino acids, acetylated, ≈ 4963 g/mol
  • Actin-binding protein found in most cells
  • Studied in cell-migration, wound and cardiac models
  • Sold alone as TB-500

Why BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied together

BPC-157 and thymosin beta-4 have nothing in common chemically. BPC-157 is a short, unusually stable fragment of a stomach protein whose preclinical literature centres on tendon, ligament and gut injury models, angiogenesis and nitric-oxide signalling. Thymosin beta-4 is a larger, ubiquitous protein that controls how cells move by holding actin in reserve, and it is studied in skin, cornea and heart repair models.

Because they appear to work through different mechanisms, they are the most common pairing in repair-model research, and the blend lets a lab test the combination without preparing two vials. Both compounds remain preclinical as far as these uses go. Neither is an approved medicine for tissue repair.

Regulatory status: neither BPC-157 nor TB-500 is an authorized drug in Canada. Health Canada’s April 2026 public advisory on unauthorized injectable peptides names both, and both are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. We sell this blend strictly as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research.

BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend FAQ

Where can I buy a BPC-157 and TB-500 blend in Canada?

Pure Peptides Canada stocks BPC-157 + TB-500 as a pre-blended lyophilized research reagent in 5 + 5, 10 + 10 and 30 + 30 mg vials, shipped from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.

Is this the “Wolverine” peptide blend?

Yes, in the sense that “Wolverine” is a nickname used online for the BPC-157 and TB-500 pairing, and this vial contains exactly that combination at 1:1. The nickname is not a product name or a scientific term and says nothing about what the compounds do. We sell the blend only as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research.

Why buy the blend instead of two separate vials?

The ratio is fixed during lyophilization, you prepare one vial, and one set of documentation covers both peptides. If your design needs a different ratio, buy BPC-157 and TB-500 separately.

What does 5 mg + 5 mg mean?

Each vial contains 5 mg of BPC-157 and 5 mg of TB-500, 10 mg of peptide in total. The other strengths follow the same pattern.

Is the TB-500 in this blend the full peptide or the fragment?

This blend uses TB-500 as thymosin beta-4. For the version with the seven-residue fragment, see the BPC-157 + TB-500 Fragment Blend.

Is this blend approved by Health Canada?

No. Neither peptide is an authorized drug in Canada, and Health Canada’s April 2026 advisory names both among unauthorized injectable peptides. This blend is sold only as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research.

Can this blend be used in people or animals?

No. It is for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not a drug, supplement or food. We do not provide dosing or administration information.

For laboratory research use only. Not a drug, supplement, food or cosmetic, not for human or veterinary use, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
