Description

Adamax is a newer research-market compound described by suppliers as a Semax-family analogue modified with an adamantane group, the same bulky, fat-soluble group used to stabilize P21. It has very little peer-reviewed literature of its own, so it is suited to exploratory and comparison work. Pure Peptides Canada supplies it as a lyophilized research reagent in 10 mg vials, with an independent Janoshik HPLC and mass-spectrometry report, CAD pricing and tracked shipping from inside Canada.

Adamax at a glance

  • What it is: a Semax-derived research compound carrying an adamantane modification, as described in the research market.
  • Why it is interesting: adamantane groups are used in medicinal chemistry to increase lipophilicity and resistance to breakdown, the same strategy behind P21.
  • Evidence level: very limited published data. Treat it as an exploratory compound and compare it against Semax.
  • Supplied as: sealed lyophilized powder, 10 mg, single vial or box of 10.
  • Delivery: ships from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.

Where the evidence stands

Peer-reviewed studies on Adamax itself are scarce. Most relevant literature is on Semax and on adamantane chemistry generally.

What is Adamax?

Semax is a short ACTH-derived peptide stabilized with a Pro-Gly-Pro tail and studied for decades in Russia for neuroprotection and BDNF signalling. Adamax is offered in the research market as a further-modified member of that family, with an adamantane group added. Adamantane is a rigid, cage-shaped hydrocarbon that medicinal chemists attach to molecules to make them more fat-soluble and more resistant to enzymes. It appears in approved drugs such as amantadine and memantine, and in research peptides such as P21.

What Adamax lacks is a body of independent published research. That makes it a compound for researchers who want to explore how an adamantane modification changes a Semax-type peptide, ideally running it side by side with standard Semax and N-Acetyl Semax and confirming identity by mass before starting.

Regulatory status: Adamax is not an authorized drug in Canada. We sell it strictly as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research.

What Adamax research can look at

  • Analogue comparisons: activity and stability against Semax and N-Acetyl Semax in the same model.
  • Adamantane chemistry: how the modification changes lipophilicity and enzymatic stability.
  • Neurotrophic signalling: BDNF and TrkB pathways described for the Semax family.
  • Analytical characterization: establishing identity and purity for a compound with little literature.

Adamax FAQ

Where can I buy Adamax in Canada?

Pure Peptides Canada stocks Adamax as a lyophilized research reagent in 10 mg vials and ships it from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.

How is Adamax related to Semax?

It is offered as a Semax-family analogue carrying an adamantane modification. Standard Semax has decades of published research; Adamax has very little, so it is best studied alongside Semax.

Is there published research on Adamax?

Very little peer-reviewed work exists on Adamax itself. That is why we recommend confirming identity by the mass on the lab report and using Semax as a reference compound.

Is this Adamax third-party tested?

Yes. An HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity report from Janoshik Analytical, an independent lab, is listed on our Lab Testing page. Our COA guide explains how to read it.

Can Adamax be used in people or animals?

No. This product is for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not a drug, supplement or food. We do not provide dosing or administration information.

For laboratory research use only. Not a drug, supplement, food or cosmetic, not for human or veterinary use, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed lyophilized vials cold and away from light to preserve stability. Keep vials sealed until use and follow any batch-specific notes on the Certificate of Analysis.

Because all products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, we do not provide reconstitution, dosing, or administration guidance of any kind.

Certificate of Analysis

Our Lab Testing page lists the current Janoshik Analytical certificate for most products, by vial size and batch code. Certificates for earlier batches, and for products not listed, are available on request. Match the batch number printed on your vial to its certificate.

    Semax, but better

    CAOakville, ON

Ex Semax user here. This stuff is like Semax, but much more advanced. Absolutely cleared my brain fog, sharp increase in focus, and enhanced executive functioning. Total game changer.
