What is the GHK-Cu Regenerative Toner?
Modern toners are less about stripping skin and more about the reset between cleansing and the rest of the routine. This one adds a first, light layer of hydration from glycerin and sodium hyaluronate, with panthenol, aloe vera and cucumber for a fresh, comfortable feel, and copper tripeptide-1 to carry the GHK-Cu routine through.
Skin feels fresh and balanced straight away, and with regular use the toner helps refine the look of pores and smooth the look of skin texture. It leaves skin ready for the GHK-Cu Facial Serum.

About GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1)
GHK-Cu joins the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine to a copper(II) ion. The peptide was identified in human plasma in 1973, and in cosmetics it is listed as copper tripeptide-1. Copper(II) gives the complex its blue colour, which is why this toner carries a faint blue tint while the free peptide on its own is white.

- The GHK-Cu Facial Cleanser before it
- The GHK-Cu Facial Serum straight after
- The GHK-Cu Face Cream or GHK-Cu Tallow Balm to finish
Keep to a separate routine
- Exfoliating acid toners (glycolic, lactic or salicylic acid)
- Pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) and other strong antioxidants
- Retinoids
Copper peptide makers commonly advise against applying copper peptides in the same routine as these ingredients. If they are part of your regimen, use them at a different time from the toner.
Good to know: for external use only. Patch test on a small area 24 to 48 hours before first use. Avoid the eye area, don’t apply to broken or irritated skin, and stop using the toner if irritation develops. Keep the bottle tightly closed, away from heat and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

Where can I buy a copper peptide toner in Canada?
Pure Peptides Canada sells the GHK-Cu Facial Toner online and ships it from inside Canada by tracked Xpresspost in 3–7 days ($25 CAD), or free in 4–12 days on orders over $299.
What does a toner do?
It rebalances skin after cleansing, adds a first light layer of hydration and preps skin for the serum and moisturizer that follow.
Should I use a cotton pad or my hands?
Either works. A cotton pad gives an even sweep, while pressing the toner in with clean palms uses less product.
Why does the toner have a blue tint?
The faint blue comes from GHK-Cu. The copper(II) ion bound to the peptide is blue, while the peptide on its own is white.
Can I use it with an exfoliating acid toner?
Copper peptide makers commonly advise against applying copper peptides in the same routine as direct acids, retinoids or pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid). If you use an acid toner, keep it to a separate routine.
Is this the same as your GHK-Cu research vial?
No. This toner is a finished cosmetic made for use on skin. Our lyophilized GHK-Cu vial is a separate research reagent, sold for laboratory research only and not for personal use.
