A written returns policy
Damage in transit, a wrong item or quantity, or a product that does not meet its stated quality is covered when you report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the batch number on the vial.

Prices are in CAD, and checkout accepts credit or debit card, Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency. Card checkout is still uncommon among Canadian research peptide suppliers, many of which take only e-Transfer or crypto.

No. Our research peptides are intended for laboratory and in-vitro research only. They are not approved by Health Canada for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, supplements or cosmetics. Can I get a certificate of analysis for my order?
Where lot-specific analytical documentation is available, we will provide it on request. Contact us with the product and, if you already have it, the lot number. If documentation for a particular batch is not available, we will tell you rather than substitute a generic certificate.
Do you ship outside Canada?
