These wholesale terms apply to wholesale accounts with Pure Peptides Canada. They add to our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to every order. Where the two documents differ on a wholesale matter, these wholesale terms govern that point. By applying for or using a wholesale account, you accept these terms on behalf of the organisation named in your application.
1. Eligibility and approval
- Wholesale accounts are available to businesses and institutions with a Canadian address that buy products for laboratory research, or that supply research buyers.
- The information in your application must be accurate and complete. We may verify it and ask for more information before or after approval.
- Approval is at our discretion. We may decline an application without giving reasons.
- A declined applicant may apply again after the waiting period shown in their account.
2. Your wholesale account
- A wholesale account is for the approved organisation only. It may not be shared with, or transferred to, another person or organisation.
- Keep your business details up to date and tell us about any change that affects your eligibility.
- You are responsible for orders placed through your sign-in.
3. Wholesale pricing
- Your price group, any volume tiers and the minimum order are set by us and shown in your account. We may change them; the prices that apply to an order are those shown in your cart when you place it.
- Wholesale prices apply only to eligible products, and only when eligible products in your cart reach the minimum order at wholesale prices. Some products are sold at the regular price only.
- Promo codes, referral codes and store credits can’t be combined with wholesale prices unless we say otherwise for a specific code.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
- If a price is clearly wrong, we may correct it and cancel or adjust affected orders before they ship, with a refund of any amount paid for a cancelled item.
4. Orders, payment and delivery
Wholesale orders follow the ordering, payment, shipping and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service and Shipping & Returns page. Orders ship within Canada. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report any damage, shortage or discrepancy with the order and lot numbers before products are opened.
5. Research use only
- All products are supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption or administration.
- Products must not be represented, labelled or promoted as drugs, natural health products, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and no health or therapeutic claims may be made about them.
- Products must be handled, stored and disposed of by trained personnel in line with your institution’s policies and applicable law.
- We may refuse or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with research use.
6. Resale by approved distributors
If your account is approved for resale:
- You may resell products only to research buyers who accept the same research-use-only restriction, and you must pass that restriction on in writing.
- You must not relabel, repackage or alter products or their documentation in a way that misrepresents what they are, where they came from or which lot they belong to.
- You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to your own sales.
- You decide your own resale prices.
- We may ask for information about your resale practices and may end resale approval if we are not satisfied that this section is being followed.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend wholesale pricing or close a wholesale account at any time, including where these terms or our Terms of Service are not followed, where information we requested is not provided, or where we have concerns about how products are being used. You may close your wholesale account at any time by contacting us. Orders already accepted are handled under the terms that applied when they were placed.
8. Privacy and communications
We use the information in your application to assess it, to contact you about it and, if approved, to run your wholesale account, as described in our privacy policy. We send account emails about your application, approval and account; each includes a link to stop them, and your status is always shown in My Account. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. We will let approved wholesale customers know by email about changes that materially affect their accounts.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province that applies under our Terms of Service. Questions about wholesale accounts can be sent through our contact page.
